He sipped coconut water offered by them at the Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences here.
The TDP leader, who began his fast on December 17, was forcibly administered intravenous fluids on Thursday.
The leaders who called on him were Prakash Karat (CPI-M), A.B. Bardhan (CPI), Sharad Yadav (Janata Dal-United), Om Prakash Chautala (INLD), Ajit Singh (Rashtriya Lok Dal), Vaiko (MDMK), M. Thambi Durai (AIADMK), Arun Kumar Sarma (Asom Gana Parishad), Danish Ali (Janata Dal-Secular) and R. Devaraj (All-India Forward Bloc).
These leaders decided to address a Raithu Garjana in Guntur, tentatively on December 30, and express their views on the agrarian crisis in Andhra Pradesh.
