Naidu comments on Jagan & Chiru

Guntur: TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu is very happy with the kind of response he had got at the Rythu Kosam public meeting at Guntur and has gained the hope that the people, especially farmers, have acknowledged his importance.

With a renewed vigour, Naidu on Friday targeted both former Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy and Praja Rajyam Party president K Chiranjeevi .

He said people would not forgive Jaganmohan Reddy for using the farmers’ plight for his political growth by putting up a show of strength at Vijayawada in the name of farmers. “His father  Y S Rajasekhara Reddy looted the state in the name of Jalayagnam without bothering to assure water allocation to the projects. Now, Jagan is aiming on power in the garb of fighting for farmers. He is a fake leader,” he said.

On Chiranjeevi, the TDP president wondered whether the former had any idea about farmers at all. “He is a shame on politics. He cannot lead a political party but he is slinging mud on the TDP which is genuinely fighting for the farmers,” he said.
